1982
Foundation of the workshop
Vincenzo Perego, President of VP srl, he founded the eponymous machine shop for manufacturing spare parts of machines dedicated to the production of hoses and electrical cables.
1982
1992
Birth of VP
VP srl was established in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) which continued the activity of the machine shop and expanded into the manufacturing of machines for the rubber hose industry.
1996
New headquarters in Pioltello
VP srl moved into the current plant in Pioltello (MI) and integrated further the product range with complete lines for fibre optics cables and thermoplastic hoses.

2000
Opening up to foreign markets
Significant exports increased mainly in fast growing markets like Russia, China, India and Brazil where several “Turn-Key” projects were delivered.

Expansion of production area
The production area was enlarged into ca. 10 thousand square meters to meet the growing needs of the company.

New production facility
Purchase of a new production plant in Mosciano Sant'Angelo (Teramo).

Office renovation
Made significant investments to renovate the offices and R&D.

Headquarters expansion
Expansion in Mosciano Plant to 8.000 square meters.

New machinery
Purchase of new machinery for Command & Control production.

New production unit
Current building up of a new production plant of 7.500 square meters in Mosciano Sant'Angelo.

Projected toward growth
Development of technical department with the creation of a team of young designers dedicated to R&D for the creation of new innovative products by focusing on the optimization of production processes and the quality of machinery and equipment, and consolidation of foreign markets through trade agreements with international General Contractors.
