The wire bobbin winders are used to rewind the steel wire onto the bobbins which will be used on the braiding and spiralling machines. The motors for rotating the bobbin and moving the layering device are in electrical synchronization controlled by a PLC to obtain winding without overlapping. The pay-off rack can have 6, 12 or 18 positions. Each position has an adjustable and independent pneumatic braking system
