Turbo-lines are highly automated lines for the production of industrial tubes on a rigid mandrel. These lines are less versatile than wrapping machines, but allow high production speed together with excellent product quality.
The application of the rubber layers and reinforcements takes place through special stations placed sequentially along the line to obtain, as a result, the hose ready for vulcanisation. The line can be constructed with several stations, all or part of which can be activated depending on the type of hose to be produced. The functionality of each station can be customised to the customer's needs.
