The horizontal axis braiding machines create a metallic or textile reinforcement braid on the hose in order to guarantee resistance to high pressures and sufficient flexibility. On the basis of the characteristics of the hose to be produced, this machine can have a different number of carriers, also by specific request. The machine can have a single or double deck. The track haul-off and decks are in electrical synchronization controlled by a PLC. Each deck is fitted with its own soundproofed protection cabin. The two independent cabins make it possible to control and change the rubber bond safely and without stopping production.
